This mixed-use building contains 71 luxury condominium units above 20,000 square feet of boutique retail. This building along with 200 Columbine (above) make up a larger block-long development constructed over two levels of underground parking. The 250 Columbine building is unique in that the building systems are shared by both residential and retail users; users that have very different needs and functions. Our close working relationship and cooperation with the home owner’s association has resulted in an effective and efficient operation in all aspects system design, budgeting and cost allocations.
