This mixed-use building contains 71 luxury condominium units above 20,000 square feet of boutique retail. This building along with 200 Columbine make up a larger block-long development constructed over two levels of underground parking. The 250 Columbine building is unique in that the building systems are shared by both residential and retail users; users that have very different needs and functions. Our close working relationship and cooperation with the home owner’s association has resulted in an effective and efficient operation in all aspects; system design, budgeting and cost allocations.
