This mixed-use building contains 90,000 Sq Ft of Class AA office and nearly 10,000 square feet of featuring two world class restaurants. This building along with 250 Columbine make up a larger block-long development constructed over two levels of underground parking, and careful coordination with the general contractor during construction allowed for the build-out of two full floors for a pre-leased financial services provider, as well as one of the restaurant tenants prior to the issuance of a certificate of occupancy. Shared service areas for two very different uses adds to the complexity of operations and requires our focus on the day-to-day details to ensure that the needs and objectives of all users are quickly and equitably met.
