200 Columbine

This mixed-use building contains 90,000 Sq Ft of Class AA office and nearly 10,000 square feet of featuring two world class restaurants. This building along with 250 Columbine (below) make up a larger block-long development constructed over two levels of underground parking, and careful coordination with the general contractor during construction allowed for the build-out of two full floors for a pre-leased financial services provider, as well as one of the restaurant tenants tenant prior to the issuance of a certificate of occupancy.  Shared service areas for two very different uses adds to the complexity of operations and requires our focus on the day to day details to insure that the needs and objectives of all users are quickly and equitably met.
