Founded in 2004, Western Development Group began acquiring and developing premier mixed-use projects in Cherry Creek North. From concept to construction, and from occupancy to ongoing management, our team has overseen every stage of the development cycle. Even after the sale of assets, we’ve continued to provide property management services, a testament to the trust we build with owners and partners.
Recognizing the value of our ownership perspective and the collective expertise of our team, Western Asset Services was launched to focus exclusively on third-party clients. Since 2019, our portfolio has grown organically across the Denver Metro area. In 2022, the acquisition of Health Connect Properties’ management division expanded our reach to nearly one million square feet of managed space, broadened our experience beyond Colorado, and added office, retail, medical office, and industrial properties to our portfolio.
Today, Western Asset Services is dedicated to providing third-party property, asset, and facility management with the same standards we apply to our own developments.
