Founded in 2004, Western Development Group began acquiring property in Cherry Creek North and since that time has developed a collection of Class A mixed-use projects in the area. Over the years, our team has managed projects from the conceptual stages through construction; from project completion to commissioning and occupancy. Our team provided day-to-day management and leasing oversite, and upon the sale of each asset, successfully maintained property management assignments with third party owners.
Recognizing the value of our perspective as an owner, the collective knowledge held by the members of our team, and our desire to expand outside of the Cherry Creek North submarket, Western Asset Services was created to focus solely on third party clients. Organically adding assets under management beginning in 2019, our portfolio quickly expanded in the Denver Metro Area. In April of 2022, Western acquired the property management division of Health Connect Properties, which increased our square footage to just under 1,000,000 s.f., but also provided opportunities for us to work outside of Colorado, and with different product types. Our management expertise now includes office, retail, medical office and industrial, with our focus being third party property, asset, and facility management.
