Abby Garel transitioned from finance into property management in 2014 and joined Western in 2017. She manages the day-to-day operations of wholly owned and third-party assets in Cherry Creek North, overseeing tenant relations, budgeting, financial reporting, maintenance, and vendor management for a 250,000-square-foot portfolio.

Lindsay joined Western in 2022 and oversees all financial and operational functions across 250,000 square feet of medical office and mixed-use assets in the Denver metro area. She is known for building strong owner relationships and delivering exceptional customer service. Lindsay supports leasing efforts and new development initiatives for the leadership team at Western.

Jennifer joined Western Development Group in 2022 and is based in Cheyenne, WY where she supports clients in Cheyenne and Northern Colorado. She manages budgeting, operations, and financial reporting for 150,000 square feet of medical office space and coordinates vendor contracts in hospital-adjacent facilities.

With over 20 years of experience in property and asset management, Lauren brings strategic insight, strong leadership, and a results-driven approach to every project. Outside of work, she enjoys playing tennis, traveling, and watching baseball and values balance, connection, and excellence both professionally and personally.

Taylor joined Western in 2023 as an Assistant Property Manager and serves as the primary point of contact for tenants across her portfolio. She supports lease administration, work orders, vendor coordination, and contracts, bringing strong customer service skills to the team.

Sheila supports daily property operations, serving as the primary tenant contact and coordinating maintenance, vendors, and lease administration. She maintains building records, supports emergency procedures, and ensures efficient, responsiveness to tenants across her portfolio.

Nick is responsible for maintaining the physical condition and performance of properties within Western Asset Services, overseeing building systems, preventive maintenance, and vendor coordination. He provides exceptional tenant service, ensures life safety compliance, supports emergency planning, and delivers 24/7 on-call support as part of the property management team.

Tommy supports property operations by assisting the Lead Engineer with repairs, inspections, and upkeep of building systems, grounds, and vacant units. Responsibilities include plumbing, electrical, HVAC, landscaping, common area maintenance, and on-call emergency support, ensuring safe, functional, and “show-ready” properties across the portfolio.

Jesse oversees all financial operations and human resources for Western, ensuring strong fiscal management and a people-first workplace. Jesse brings expertise in compliance, organizational development, and strategic financial planning. She is passionate about building systems that support both the business and its people.

Linda leads day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accurate processes and timely reporting across the portfolio. With extensive experience in property and joint venture accounting, she provides reliable financial oversight and actionable insights. Her collaborative, approachable style makes her a trusted partner supporting operational consistency and continued growth.

Melissa prepares and reviews monthly property financial statements, ensuring accurate general ledger activity and reconciliations. She manages accounts payable, banking activity, and vendor records, utilizing Yardi to support efficient, compliant accounting operations while contributing to process improvements and team support.
