Purchased in 2004, and renovated over the next three years, Western took this structure back to the columns, replacing all critical systems (electrical, mechanical & life safety), bringing the building and all systems to code, and improving energy efficiency, all while keeping the retail tenants in place and operational. This 32,000 s.f., 4 story mixed use project (Office/Retail) in the heart of Cherry Creek North has enjoyed 95% occupancy in its 10-year post-renovation history, and hosts tenants such as Starbucks, Frye Boots, and Western Development Group’s corporate headquarters.
