The Shops at NorthCreek

The Shops at NorthCreek was our second undertaking. Noticing the demand for luxury condominium product in the changing Cherry Creek landscape, we purchased this property in 2005, and completed the phased development over the course of three years. With 51 residential units boasting three different residential product types and supported by 40,000 s.f. of luxury retail on the ground level. Condominium sales were record setting at over $1,000/s.f., and the retail units are 100% occupied. Notable occupants include the only Colorado locations for Hermes of Paris, Loro Piana, True Food Kitchen and Bonobos.
