Will Stoorman

Assistant Property Manager/Tenant Services Coordinator

Will joined Western Development Group in May 2022.  His role as Assistant Property Manager/Tenant Services Coordinator makes Will the first line of communication for  every tenant in Western’s portfolio.  In addition to lease administrative and work order coordination at the tenant and building level, Will supports our property managers by providing contract administration and vendor communication.  His knowledge of property operating systems and technology makes him a valuable member of the Western team. 

Will started his career in property management in 2020 with Health Connect Properties.  Prior to his entry into the industry, Will worked as a structural and ornamental ironwork with the Local 23 Union.  He earned his A.A.S. designation from Lincoln Tech and earned several OSHA  certifications for safety.
