David is a Co-Founder of Western Development Group with over forty years of experience in the real estate industry in the United States, Europe and Canada.

He has extensive experience in the acquisition and development of mixed use properties (urban and suburban) in the US and Europe.

David led the development of numerous high-rise office buildings and other premium properties in the Denver metro area with a strong focus on Cherry Creek North.

He was also instrumental in the development of several large hotel, sports and entertainment venues in the western United States and Europe.
