Roy is a Co-Founder of Western Development Group with over thirty years of real estate  development and finance experience.

He has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions as well as hotel, entertainment and sports facilities development. 

Roy has been a developer of high-end mixed use real estate projects throughout the Denver metro area including multifamily residential, retail and office developments and renovations.
