Lindsay Sullivan

Property Manager

Lindsay joined Western Development Group in May 2022.  She manages a portfolio of 250,000 square feet of medical office and mixed-use buildings throughout the Denver metro area.  Working for both local and institutional owners, she has expanded her portfolio solely based on the relationships she has fostered with these owners.  Prior to joining Western, Lindsay spent 6 years with Health Connect Properties.

Lindsay prides herself in providing superior customer relations – whether that customer is a building owner, a tenant, or even a vendor, and feels that the development of those relationships is the most gratifying part of her job.
