Jesse Feldman

Vice President, Accounting | Human resources

Jesse currently serves as VP of Accounting and Human Resources for Western Development Group. She brings with her a wealth of accounting knowledge within commercial, development, and residential real estate accounting. Jesse’s responsibilities include leading the accounting department to prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and tenant records for owners and clients. Additionally, she evaluates, develops, and implements policies and procedures for internal controls at Western.

Jesse’s diverse real estate background allows for opportunities to easily transition new acquisitions under Western’s portfolio. She partners with the operations team to evaluate current procedures and aids for optimal reporting capabilities.
