Abby Garel

Property Manager

Abby Garel transitioned from the financial sector into property management in 2014.  She joined Western Development Group in 2017, and oversees the day-to-day operations of Western’s wholly owned assets and third-party contracts in the Cherry Creek North sub-market.  Her responsibilities include building operations, tenant relations, budgeting, and financial reporting, as well as building maintenance and the vendor contracting process for her 250,000 square foot portfolio.

Prior to joining Western Development Group, Abby worked for Newmark Grubb Knight Frank as an Assistant Property Manager, overseeing thirteen properties and nearly 1.5 million square feet of space.  She began her property management career in 2014 as an Assistant Vice President at Steele Street Bank & Trust managing the facilities of four bank-owned properties.
